Verdicts & Settlements

Due to the nature and amounts involved in many of the cases that we handle for our clients the majority of our settlements are confidential at the insistence of the defendants and insurance companies involved. As such, we can only provide information on some of the results. Below is some information that we can share with you about results that Attorneys Reddy, Baran, and Kral have obtained for their clients:

$800,000 60 year-old mentally-ill woman with a history of eating difficulties and choking on her food who had been admitted to a psychiatric ward died from choking on her food after she was left to eat alone and unsupervised

Brian Reddy, Mark R. Baran, and Donald J. Kral (Harvard Law) have held those corporations, hospitals, insurance companies, and individuals accountable by recovering significant funds for victims of negligent acts in confidential settlements for wrongful death, brain injuries, and other injuries to union railroad workers, construction workers, automobile drivers, truck drivers, patients hurt by medical malpractice, patients hurt by nursing home negligence, passengers injured in automobile accidents, and motorcycle drivers.

We understand that no amount of recovery will ever undo the damage and pain caused to our clients. We strive to uncover all facts relevant to corporate accountability to avoid future preventable acts of harm to another individual or family.
