Mark was born and raised in Arizona and moved to Ohio in 1994. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and in addition to being an attorney licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania; Mark is also an Ohio licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an extensive background in financial and tax issues to individuals and businesses.

Mark supplemented his core legal studies with specialized courses in Tax Law, Medical Malpractice, and Alternative Dispute Resolution to pursue a career in helping injury victims and practicing personal injury law.

Prior to being a founding partner in Reddy Baran & Kral, Mark worked at one of the largest injury firms in Ohio creating and developing its service to victims of railroad negligence. In addition, Mark was a Tax Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was frequently involved in complex tax issues and negotiations with federal, state, and local governments. In addition to his legal expertise in litigating personal injury law and complex litigation, Mark's prior experience helps personal injury victims and their families with understanding and navigating financial problems in complex litigation.

Over the last several years, Mark has represented numerous victims and their families who suffered catastrophic injuries and has recovered millions of dollars for victims of negligence in automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and railroad accidents. Mark has also been asked to associate with other lawyers across the Country to represent their clients and help navigate through this complex and unique area of law. Mark has also represented victims who suffered catastrophic injuries resulting from vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents both in State and Federal Courts in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his two daughters reading, camping, hiking, swimming, playing basketball and taking trips back to his home states of Arizona and Nevada to see family and friends.
